Real dream job for advertising salesperson who LOVES SALES! One Bakersfield is seeking candidates with previous sales experience for a business development role in a growing local online advertising company. Candidate will be responsible for developing the leads and setting up local accounts. We are seeking candidates who have a positive team-player attitude and like cold calling. Job Description
» Advertising sales of online directory listings (like the yellow pages).
» Working with local businesses in setting up their online account.
» Explaining how the directory works and will benifit their business.
» Work trade shows and events promoting the online directory to businesses and residents alike.

Requirements
» 2+ years sales experience.
» Previous advertising sales a plus.
» Basic internet knowledge.

Starting Pay
» Pay is commission only and commission will increase with experience.

1 to 40 = 20%
41 to 99 = 22%
100 and up = 25%
